What to include in a support request
- App name and version.
- Device model and Android version.
- The feature you were using, such as OCR, split, merge, protect, or image-to-PDF.
- A short explanation of the problem and, if relevant, whether it happens every time.
Privacy requests
If your request concerns privacy or data handling, mention that clearly in the email subject line so it can be reviewed as a policy-related request.
Future monetization questions
If a future version enables advertising or a Pro upgrade, support requests about consent, billing state, or purchase restoration should also include your Google Play order context when available. Do not send full payment card details by email.
