Service scope

PDF Studio is a document utility app intended to help users create, edit, organize, convert, watermark, compress, protect, and extract content from PDF files. It is provided as a productivity tool for lawful, user-controlled document workflows.

User responsibility

• You are responsible for the files, text, images, and document rights involved in your workflow.
• You should only import, edit, unlock, or share files that you own or are authorized to process.
• You are responsible for verifying the correctness of OCR output, page order, compression quality, and any exported content.

Local file handling

PDF Studio is intended to operate mainly on files stored on the user's device. The developer does not promise that any document operation will be lossless or suitable for all legal, archival, or regulatory contexts.

Where the app offers an in-app camera capture flow, camera access depends on your device, the Android permission you grant, and your own choice to start that capture flow.

No guarantee of fitness for every use case

PDF Studio may be useful for general document tasks, but it is not represented as a certified legal archive solution, compliance vault, medical records platform, or enterprise document management system unless a later version explicitly states otherwise.

Ads and Pro subscription

The current version of PDF Studio may include advertising in the free version and a paid yearly Pro subscription delivered through Google Play with a 7-day free trial at signup. The active app version, the Google Play listing, the purchase screen, and these terms govern those features.

• The free version may show banner ads and interstitial ads in supported parts of the app.
• Active Pro access is intended to remove ads and unlock advanced PDF tools plus photo text editing before PDF export.
• The current Pro offer is intended to begin with a 7-day free trial and then continue as a paid yearly subscription unless canceled in Google Play before the trial ends.
• Feature scope, availability, and pricing may change in later releases, but material billing terms are governed at the time of purchase by Google Play and applicable law.

Subscription billing terms

The Pro plan is currently structured as a yearly subscription through Google Play and is intended to start with a 7-day free trial.

• No subscription charge is intended to be taken when the 7-day free trial starts.
• If you do not cancel in Google Play before the 7-day trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert into the paid yearly Pro plan at the price shown at signup.
• If you cancel during the trial, Pro access is intended to remain available until the 7-day trial ends, and no trial charge is intended to be collected.
• Once the trial or any paid entitlement ends, the app returns to the standard non-Pro feature set unless another active Pro entitlement exists.
• Subscriptions on Google Play are generally ongoing until canceled and may auto-renew according to the billing period shown at purchase.
• You can cancel the subscription in Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel the subscription.
• If you cancel, you should normally keep access until the end of the already paid billing period unless Google Play applies a refund or immediate cancellation flow under applicable law or platform rules.
• If payment fails, the subscription expires, or Google Play reports that the entitlement is no longer active, Pro access may be removed when the active paid entitlement ends.
• Refunds, taxes, payment methods, and billing-region rules are handled by Google Play and any consumer rights that apply by law.

Third-party services in the current version

The current app may use Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play in-app update services, browser links, or file sharing into third-party apps. Those services may apply their own terms and privacy rules in addition to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to process content in violation of law, copyright, privacy, or contractual restrictions.
• Do not attempt to misuse the app to bypass platform security, commit fraud, or interfere with ad, billing, or security systems.

Availability and updates

The developer may update, improve, pause, or remove app features at any time, including changing the layout, storage behavior, localization, monetization, or supported Android versions.
