Service scope

PDF Studio is a document utility app intended to help users create, edit, organize, convert, watermark, compress, protect, and extract content from PDF files. It is provided as a productivity tool for lawful, user-controlled document workflows.

User responsibility

• You are responsible for the files, text, images, and document rights involved in your workflow.
• You should only import, edit, unlock, or share files that you own or are authorized to process.
• You are responsible for verifying the correctness of OCR output, page order, compression quality, and any exported content.

Annotations and custom stamps

PDF Studio may allow you to add annotations and import an image as a custom stamp. Use only images, marks, seals, logos, signatures, or other content that you own or are authorized to use. A custom stamp is inserted as a graphical PDF annotation. It does not provide cryptographic signing, certificate validation, identity verification, or proof of authorization, authenticity, or legal validity. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of annotations and custom stamps complies with applicable law and does not mislead others, impersonate any person or organization, or facilitate fraud.

Local file handling

PDF Studio is intended to operate mainly on files stored on the user's device. The developer does not promise that any document operation will be lossless or suitable for all legal, archival, or regulatory contexts.

Where the app offers an in-app camera capture flow, camera access depends on your device, the Android permission you grant, and your own choice to start that capture flow.

No guarantee of fitness for every use case

PDF Studio may be useful for general document tasks, but it is not represented as a certified legal archive solution, compliance vault, medical records platform, or enterprise document management system unless a later version explicitly states otherwise.

Ads and Pro subscription

The current version of PDF Studio may include advertising in the free version and monthly and yearly paid Pro plans delivered through Google Play. Eligible Google Play accounts may also be offered a separate 7-day free trial linked to the yearly plan. The active app version, Google Play listing, purchase screen, and these terms govern those features.

• The free version may show banner ads and interstitial ads in supported parts of the app.
• Active Pro access is intended to remove ads and unlock advanced PDF tools plus photo text editing before PDF export.
• Users can continue with the ad-supported free version without starting a trial or purchasing a subscription.
• The direct monthly and yearly paid options do not include a free trial.
• The separate 7-day free-trial offer automatically continues as a paid yearly subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Feature scope, availability, and pricing may change in later releases, but material billing terms are governed at the time of purchase by Google Play and applicable law.

Introductory uses and optional rewarded access

App versions with this feature offer limited access to eligible Pro tools without a subscription. These allowances apply across the eligible tools together, not separately to each tool:

• Two introductory uses: two successfully completed operations in total without a rewarded ad. These are a one-time allowance and do not renew daily.
• Three rewarded unlocks per day: after the introductory allowance, you may voluntarily earn up to three one-use unlocks each local calendar day. You may use all three on the same eligible tool or distribute them across different tools. The total is three, not three per tool.
• No daily five-use promise: two introductory uses plus three rewarded unlocks can provide five uses while both introductory uses remain. After they are used, the allowance is up to three rewarded unlocks per day, subject to ad availability.

How a rewarded unlock works

• Each rewarded ad starts only after you choose the offer. The reward is one successful use of the selected tool. You can cancel the offer and continue using the app's existing basic Free features.
• Access is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms that the reward was earned. Starting an ad alone does not grant access. You do not need to purchase an advertised product or click through to an advertiser to receive the app's reward.
• Earning a reward occupies one of the day's three unlocks, even if you have not yet used it. The operation itself is counted only after successful completion, such as saving or exporting a result, completing OCR, or applying an edited photo to the workflow.
• Opening a screen, selecting a file, pressing Back, canceling, or a failed operation does not consume a successful use. An earned unlock remains available for the same tool during that day if you leave without completing the operation. At most one unused rewarded unlock can be held for each tool.
• The daily allowance renews when the app detects the next local calendar day on the device. Unused rewarded unlocks expire at that boundary and do not accumulate. An operation already processing at midnight may finish and counts toward the new day's allowance; an idle editor does not preserve yesterday's unlock.
• If an ad cannot load or display, or ends without an earned-reward confirmation, no new access is granted and no use or rewarded unlock is deducted for that attempt. You can dismiss the offer and try again later. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
• When the daily limit is reached, you may return on the next day, continue using basic Free features, or choose an available Pro or trial offer. Rewarded access does not change the price or terms of a subscription.

Relationship to Pro and other advertising

Active Pro access, including an active Google Play trial, is not subject to these Free access limits and suppresses ads. A rewarded unlock is temporary in-app access, not a purchase, subscription, permanent Pro entitlement, or the 7-day trial. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Banner and interstitial ads may still appear in ordinary Free workflows under the app's existing ad-frequency controls. Completing an operation unlocked by a rewarded ad does not trigger an additional interstitial for that same operation. Rewarded access does not make the whole Free app ad-free.

Temporary unlocks are not purchases or Pro subscriptions and do not synchronize between devices. They do not cancel or alter a Google Play subscription. Eligible tools and allowances may change in future app versions; consult the offer shown in your version before choosing an ad. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Subscription billing terms

PDF Studio currently offers the following Pro choices through Google Play. Availability, eligibility, currency, taxes, and the final localized price are shown on the Google Play purchase screen before confirmation.

• Monthly plan: paid access starts immediately, no free trial is included, and the subscription automatically renews monthly at the price shown at purchase until canceled.
• Yearly plan: paid access starts immediately, no free trial is included, and the subscription automatically renews yearly at the price shown at purchase until canceled.
• 7-day free-trial offer: available only to eligible Google Play accounts, provides Pro access for seven days, and then automatically continues as the paid yearly plan at the price shown at signup unless canceled before the trial ends.
• The trial phase itself is provided at no cost. Google Play may verify your payment method and, where applicable, a temporary authorization hold may appear and later be reversed or released.
• If you cancel during the trial, Pro access normally remains available until the 7-day trial ends and the yearly subscription is not charged at the end of the trial.
• Once the trial or any paid entitlement ends, the app returns to the standard non-Pro feature set unless another active Pro entitlement exists.
• You can cancel through Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
• If you cancel, you should normally keep access until the end of the already paid billing period unless Google Play applies a refund or immediate cancellation flow under applicable law or platform rules.
• If payment fails, the subscription expires, or Google Play reports that the entitlement is no longer active, Pro access may be removed when the active paid entitlement ends.
• Refunds, taxes, payment methods, and billing-region rules are handled by Google Play and any consumer rights that apply by law.

Third-party services in the current version

The current app may use Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play in-app update services, browser links, or file sharing into third-party apps. Those services may apply their own terms and privacy rules in addition to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to process content in violation of law, copyright, privacy, or contractual restrictions.
• Do not attempt to misuse the app to bypass platform security, commit fraud, or interfere with ad, billing, or security systems.

Availability and updates

The developer may update, improve, pause, or remove app features at any time, including changing the layout, storage behavior, localization, monetization, or supported Android versions.
